Rate Sheet for Consultants
Hourly rate for work performed on a file. Work to include material review, investigation, analysis, travel, deposition testimony, trial testimony and arbitration testimony. There will be a two hour minimum charge for deposition testimony.
Mr. Gerald P. Bretting, PE;

Rate is $295.00 per hour

Mr. David R. Thom, MS

Rate is $295.00 per hour
Mr. Alvin Lowi III, P.E.

Rate is $245.00 per hour

Mr. John Bogler, BSME;

Rate is $190.00 per hour

Mr. Henricus "Harm" Jansen, Msc Rate is $145.00 per hour
Mr. Michael Callahan, BSME Rate is $145.00 per hour



Expenses: 
1. Airfare, subsistence, supplies, reproduction costs 
    and similar expenses are billed directly to the file.

2. Photography is billed at $.85 per image.

3. 8.5 x 11 color prints are billed at $1.00 per page.

4. CD ROMs and DVDs are billed at $30 per disc.
           
5. Vehicle travel is billed at $.50 per mile plus actual travel time
    calculated at the above hourly rate.
           
Note:

Statements are submitted monthly for work in progress, or as needed. 
Payment terms are 30 days.
Rates are subject to change without further notice.
