Rate Sheet for Consultants
Hourly rate for work performed on a file.
Work to include material review, investigation, analysis, travel, deposition testimony, trial testimony and arbitration testimony. Each Consultant charges a 2.0 hour minimum for deposition testimony.

Rate is $295.00 per hour

Rate is $275.00 per hour

Rate is $235.00 per hour

Rate is $190.00 per hour

1. Airfare, subsistence, supplies, reproduction costs 
    and similar expenses are billed directly to the file.

2. Photography is billed at $1.35 per image.

3. CD ROM cost is $30.00.

4. 8x10 color prints or proof sheets are $6.50 per sheet.
           
5. Vehicle travel is billed at $.50 per mile plus actual travel time
    calculated at the above hourly rate.
           
Note:
Computer-aided accident analysis and simulation is available and 
applied as needed on a case-by-case basis, please call for details
           

Statements are submitted monthly for work in progress, or as needed. 
Payment is due within 30 days of billing unless other arrangements 
are requested.
